Your tasks:
- Design and update technical service training for ISUZU distributors, OEMs, and dealers
- Align training content with ISUZU Japan and the European distributor network
- Continuously improving training methods (classroom and digital)
- Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g., room setup, welcoming participants)
You should bring:
- A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalent
- Practical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service - from a dealership or workshop environment
- A genuine interest in training and education - prior training experience is helpful but not required
- Solid English skills (written and spoken) for developing and delivering training content
- Strong self-organization, curiosity, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning
- You communicate clearly and confidently - and know how to connect with different people, whether they re from other countries or have different technical backgrounds
- A car drivers license is required, and a truck drivers license would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Define and implement measures to strengthen Isuzu’s customer relationships in cooperation with dealers and distributors across Europe
- Propose and support business development activities for distributors and dealers
- Evaluate operations at Isuzu dealers and submit improvement plans
- Administrate and analyze data from distributors regarding vehicle intake, service and parts profit
- Support the organization and execution of the annual European service conference for distributors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially with departments in Japan
Your Profile:
- Qualification as a Master Technician or any other equivalent
- Professional knowledge and experience in workshop operations and customer services
- Knowledge of light- and heavy-duty trucks, initial experience with electric vehicles
- Well-developed negotiation and coordination skills
- An analytical, flexible and proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills
- Good knowledge of German and English language (spoken and written)
